To fulfill this continuity, the introduction of traditional European design elements like clean lines, natural wood, and neutral accents were used, as well as the careful implementation of white space. The overall design focused on a need for efficient employee circulation, centered around the presentation process for new and potential clients. In order to do this, an Innovation Center was created, an environment fostering client learning. This Center is surrounded by an open concept employee space made up of flexible workstations and collaboration zones.
