Mighty Squirrel

Mighty Squirrel had a goal: to create a multifaceted experience around their growing beer brand that accentuated the community.

The 23,000 sf building consists of a 15,000 sf upper level and 8,000 sf lower level. The lower level consists of a storage area for fermenter tanks, while the upper level is divided into a 10,000 square foot taproom and production area.

The remaining 5,000 sf is being leased as retail space currently to rock climbing brand, Central Rock.
