Phase Zero Design team partnered with Winstanley Enterprises on a retail center at a brownfield site in West Hartford, CT. 

This Stop & Shop anchored project boasts flexible tenant spaces with potential future pad development sites. The project replaced an abandoned manufacturing complex and is well integrated into the surrounding neighborhood. The 75,000 square foot development was recognized as the 2012 Best in Class Commercial Development by the Real Estate Exchange.
