What is the most important tool of your trade, and why?
A sketchpad – sketching is all about exploration its the beginning of the process where ideas start to translate into a direction or concept. No matter the deliverable, I begin all of my projects with a sketch. This allows me near unlimited freedom and possibility as I bring a concept to life.
What does it mean to be 100% client-centric?
To be able to think bigger picture and be focus on the client’s goal, rather than my own. Design is all about problem solving and to do so well you must begin by listening. It is about being able identify your clients pain points—this is what enables a team to provide innovative and creative solutions.
Describe the moment you realized architecture was for you.
