CARY, NC—April 2024—Phase Zero Design, a local architecture, interior design, and branding firm, recently welcomed Nancy Padgett to the team, taking on the role of Business Development Manager. This position marks the first of its kind for their Cary, North Carolina office.

With almost 23 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry, Nancy has seen the business from all angles, having worked across architecture, engineering, and contracting sectors of the business. Nancy will be primarily focused on growing the firm’s healthcare, academic, hospitality, and commercial practices in the Raleigh market. Her wealth of experience adds significant value to the firm.

Nancy will play a vital role in the firm’s continued dedication to strengthening client relationships, while expanding the New England based firm into the Raleigh market. Phase Zero Design remains focused on growing their healthcare, academic, and life-science markets. 

Nancy will assist the Cary office in these efforts as she plans to cultivate and maintain client relationships with a range of new professionals and organizations. She is the Co-Chair of the North Carolina Triangle Chapter of Flashes for Hope, a program of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation that creates free uplifting portraits to honor the unique life and memories of every child fighting cancer. Additionally, she is very involved in the North Carolina Healthcare Engineers Association (NCHEA) as one of the first associate board members, a member of the golf committee, and on the district 3 planning committee. Furthermore, Nancy is the chairperson for the membership committee of the Raleigh/Durham chapter of the Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP).
