Lindsay Corsino

Lindsay brings 15 years of marketing and business development experience across the architecture, engineering and construction industries. Lindsay is focused on developing and implementing growth opportunities for the firm.

She leads the business development, marketing and communications efforts for Phase Zero Design in their five market sectors.  She develops strategies, tools and processes to expand the firm’s business in those key market sectors. Lindsay believes building long-term relationships are the most important aspect to a successful firm.

When Lindsay is not working at Phase Zero Design, she loves hanging out with her husband and son, Bennett!

What is the most important tool of your trade, and why?

The most important tool for my day-to-day is CRM (or Customer Relationship Management software). For me, it is absolutely crucial to keep track of client relationships and ensure I deliver on what I promise.

What does it mean to you to be 100% client-centric?

Being 100% client-centric means that we engage our clients in an intense discovery to understand their needs, challenges and expectations. We then customize our services in a way that fully enables them to make their vision a reality through architecture and design. We leave our egos at the door to properly guide, advise, and recommend the best solutions.

What makes you most proud about being a Phase Zero Design employee?

What makes me proud to be a PZD employee is that I know how dedicated the ownership is to the success of this company. People care, they are loyal, and they truly love what our company has become. The fact that I get to be part of that, makes me proud.
