What inspires you most about your field?

The fact that when the design is done right it appears effortless and the end user can utilize their space with ease. Experiencing a space with “good design” is an incredible feeling of comfort or sometimes even awe. I’m so happy to be in an industry that I can create that experience for my fellow humans.

Describe the moment you realized interior design] was for you.

Probably when I received my first award for a project done in school that was incredibly stressful, challenging, and I wasn’t sure that I wasever going to get over that finish line. Having the support system I did in school and the encouragement of my teachers to know that I was going in the right direction and that my hard work paid off really helped me have confidence that I was doing what I am supposed to be doing.

What makes you most proud about being a Phase Zero Design employee?

That we truly care about our projects and the people we create them for. I also have the best coworkers an employee could ask for. This is a team that I truly am proud to work beside and I have so much admiration for each one of them.

How do you define the success of a project?

If it checks all of the end users boxes. If it functions seamlessly for their needs, what more could you ask for in a result?
