Elmwood Plaza

Phase Zero Design has teamed with Winstanley Enterprises and KBE Building Corporation to design a 75,000 SF retail establishment on a brownfield site in West Hartford, Connecticut. This Stop & Shop anchored project boasts flexible tenant spaces with potential future pad development sites, and is well integrated into the surrounding neighborhood. Most importantly, the project replaces an abandoned manufacturing complex that has been a blight on the neighborhood for many years. Construction is scheduled to begin in March of 2010 with a completion date for early Fall.
